RecOS collects: account information (name, email), organisation data, workflow inputs (CVs, job descriptions, transcripts), workflow outputs, and usage analytics.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used to provide the RecOS service, including AI-powered analysis via third-party APIs. Workflow inputs are sent to Perplexity AI for processing. Audio briefings use ElevenLabs text-to-speech.

3. DATA RETENTION

Workflow data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

4. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS

We use: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database), Perplexity AI (language model), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Railway (hosting).

5. YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Contact privacy@recos.ai for requests.
